Why should I choose KLX to rent a
motorcycle?
KLX provides professional
services, a complete roadside assistance and high quality bikes.
I’ll be arriving/leaving the Ferry
terminal/hotel, will you provide towing?
Absolutely. We can arrange the towing at your
convenience (we can deliver/collect the bikes to/from any location in Batam).
There will be a towing fees applicable. All you have to do is to inform us in
advance.
What happens if I have a tyre
puncture?
If you have a tyre puncture or
meet with an accident, KLX provides an onsite assistance service that will
arrive at your location within an hour.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from Monday to
Saturday 09:00am to 08:00pm. After office hour appointments may be made subject
to availability.
Do I have to bring my own helmets?
We provide one helmet & one
rain coat as part of rental, however if one more helmet & rain coat needed,
which can be rented at a minimal cost.
How many days in advance must I
book?
We recommend that you book as
early as possible. This will help ensure bike availability.
